Gorgeous Mini Book Tutorial

We recently discovered this beautiful blog, full of wonderful inspiration and awesome tutorials, so we thought we'd share!

Her name is Cheri Piles, and you can visit her blog here. Take a browse through her work- Cheri designs for the Teresa Collins Design Team and has created some beautiful mini albums and layouts. You will definitely be itching to dig out your old papers and get scrapping!

Today we'd like to share her mini album using the newest Teresa Collins Now & Then collection. She gives a two part tutorial, showing you how to create not only the pages within the mini album, but also the album cover itself, featuring a brilliant binding technique. We hope you enjoy!

Good news and Bad news...

Hi everyone - from a VERY windy PE!

Today we have some good and some bad news to share with you...

First the good news...
We already have 19 ladies booked to attend our next scrapbooking retreat on the 26th and 27th of May!!  What is even more remarkable, is that more than half of these ladies did not atttend our function last year.  They simply heard about how much everyone enjoyed it last year, and decided that they could not miss out on this!

Now for the bad news...

We are back...

at LAST!! (I hear you say!)  Our sincere apologies for going MIA on you the last little while.  We hope you had an AWESOME summer holiday and very blessed festive season.  We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your valued support during 2011, and for allowing us to share in all your memories and special moments.

We are ready for another bumper year, and are brimming with ideas for exciting projects and events.  2012 will see us hosting two (yes, you read correctly, TWO!) scrapbooking weekends.  After the phenomenal success of our birthday function in August last year, we were inundated with requests to host these events more often, and we are only too happy to oblige ;-)

The arrangements for the first event is underway, the teachers have been lined up and the venue booked.  All we are willing to reveal at this stage is that it will be held on Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th of May 2012...  (and as the saying goes, "more details to follow soon"...!)

SO WHAT'S NEW IN THE SHOP?
We have received the most beautiful page kits from Basic Grey, with step-by-step instructions and all you need to complete a double page layout, PLUS two single page layouts!

There are 3 different kits to choose from, but they are all so stunning, we're sure you will want all three!
